As for a little background about me, I am originally from the Midwest, where I earned a B.S. in Business Administration, but have lived in the Valley for 25 years. The bulk of that time was spent living/working in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix, therefore, I know those cities extremely well. In 2017, my husband and I decided to rightsize so we built a new home in the NW Valley, and I will readily admit that I was not that familiar with the West/NW Valley at the time. But, over the past few years I have come to absolutely love the exciting growth taking place, the gorgeous new communities being built, the breathtaking desert vistas and the most amazing sunsets you will ever see! My career was primarily in corporate-level Sales, selling to many global leaders and Fortune 500 companies, but I have always had a passion for real estate. Selling multi-million dollar contracts helped develop skills that continue to serve me well as a Realtor. I listen closely to what my clients share about their dream home wish list, then work tirelessly to find exactly that. I believe communication is critical - especially when it involves something so personal as your home - and in today's market, strong negotiating skills are a must. Being extremely responsive is also another priority of mine and I take great pride in knowing my clients appreciate that as referenced in their very kind reviews below.
