Babbi Gabel, an award-winning real estate Advisor and Certified Scottsdale Area Expert, has been serving Paradise Valley and Scottsdale as the specialist in single-family luxury real estate and high-end luxury condos for more than 33 years. For 15 of those years, she had worked with one of the Valley’s leading luxury home builders where she consulted in the planning, layout and design of new home and condominium projects and represented more than 2,500 transactions throughout the Valley’s most desirable master planned communities. Babbi received the Salesperson of the Year award six times in recognition of her success. Babbi is a 25-year resident of Paradise Valley and has an in-depth understanding of the unique appeal that the area has to offer. Her clients have benefitted from her concierge level of service and expert negotiation skills, which she has applied to achieve the highest values for their homes. Babbi’s attention to detail, innovative marketing strategies, real estate expertise and experience have made her one of the leading agents in Arizona with a career-total sales volume of over 700M. Originally from Lake Forest, Illinois, Babbi relocated to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she studied business and marketing. Her husband Barry is a native of Paradise Valley and is also in the real estate industry specializing in investment sales with CBRE. Together they have two beautiful children. When Babbi is not spending her free time performing philanthropic work with the Boys Team Charity and the National Charity League she enjoys golfing at Arizona Country Club.
