Astria & Associates Realty opened in 2001 in Old Town Scottsdale. Astria left a big, well-known Real Estate firm because her philosophy of how to run a successful real estate office wasn’t being met. She strongly believes in being very selective when hiring the right agents and giving each client “over the top” customer service. Astria & Associates Realty delivers the best in customer care, reliability, and satisfaction. Being a small, boutique agency, has its advantages. There are no long lists of “policies and procedures”, long waits for management approval, or fancy offices with cappuccino makers. We are a simple office located in Old Town Scottsdale with a simple mission: to serve our clients with the best in customer service, tools, information, knowledge, and support. As a certified Buyer’s Specialist, we help match our clients’ needs and find the right home for them. For first time home buyers, we patiently work with them while educating them about the resale factor. In regards to investors, we analyze the best return on investment (ROI). As a person that has moved 12 times in 10 years, Astria is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and being the information source for these newcomers. We also have a Mortgage Broker at our fingertips to make sure that our clients are in the best loan program fit for them. With new state and government programs popping up regularly, having a Mortgage Broker at your fingertips is extremely helpful. Our list of vendors that we use regularly includes: maid service, yard maintenance, roofer, electrician, heating and cooling systems, moving company, home warranty, and pest control. We are able to genuinely refer them to our clients because they’ve proven themselves as reputable companies.
