Annalisa and her husband Tim moved to the Carefree/Cave Creek area from California more than 27 years ago to enjoy its unique serenity. What they found were not just magnificent surroundings in a small-town setting; they discovered a wonderful sense of community and “boundless opportunities to fulfill one’s dreams.” They raised three daughters while she built her real estate career. Connecting with the rural-Arizona lifestyle, she also owned horses and became knowledgeable on horse properties, which are popular in this area of multi-acre homes.
