Allen Studebaker is the founder of The Studebaker Group at Compass in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to starting his real estate practice in 2003, Allen spent 16 years in management at United Parcel Service. While at UPS Allen learned the importance of deadlines and a commitment to excellent service and practices these commitments daily. Allen brings a high level of corporate professionalism and the skill sets necessary to guide his clients through the purchase/sale process of their home. He also prides himself on being a strong negotiator on behalf of his clients and is well respected by his peers in the local real estate community. Through Allen’s commitment to his business, clients, and referral partners he and his team have successfully closed over 850M in real estate with over 1,000 transactions. This achievement is a testament to Allen’s persistence and professionalism in the real estate industry. Allen and The Studebaker Group have consistently ranked as one of the top real estate teams in the Valley of the Sun. Allen’s goal isn’t to sell the most homes or be the most known real estate team, but to have a trusted relationship with his clients and referral partners ensuring that he is the Realtor they come to for all of their lifelong real estate needs. Allen is passionate about giving back to the local community and is actively involved in Make-A-Wish Arizona, which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. He resides in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Andrea and their son, Brady.
