About Alex

Alex was born and raised in New York City and moved to the Midwest to attend college and begin his work career, subsequently relocating to Phoenix in 1985. A graduate of Marquette University, he spent 20 years in the insurance industry in various executive administrative positions, with his last position as president of a health insurance company in the Valley. Faced with relocating from Phoenix, the place he loved and after many years investing in real estate, Alex chose to start a career in real estate. He began his real estate career over 24 years ago and has been a consistent top producer for each of those years. His main objective from the beginning was to provide prompt quality service, attend to every detail, be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate including financing, and be educated in regard to laws and information pertinent to the home buying or selling process. After years of dealing with Realtors when he moved or relocated, he knew those things he did not like about many of the Realtors he came in contact with. Therefore his real estate career is not merely about selling...but about providing information people can trust. He strongly believes in being a resource for his clients and handling each and every aspect of the transaction personally...from the initial telephone contact to delivering the keys to your new home or delivering the check from the sale of your home. Alex is well equipped to handle the type of business and challenges we face in today's market. He is adept in short sales and has a 100% success rate in closing his short sale listings once they are in escrow.
