I am a devoted and highly motivated broker with Alaska Built Real Estate LLC. After purchasing my first rental property I began to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance. I continually study the market and the latest trends so my staff and licensees and I can connect people interested in purchasing real estate with the right property to meet their needs and desires. I am a member of the Realtor Organization and the Mat-Su Home Builder Association. I enjoy working with first time home buyers as well as investors. I have a background in the construction industry that has lead me to work hand in hand with many builders and local developers. I am the exclusive representative of Robert Yundt Homes and I am excited to put new home buyers in their own custom 5 star plus homes in some of the hottest neighborhoods of the Mat-Su Valley, as well as finding land and multifamily buildings for investors. I strive to use cutting edge technology which allows me to not only respond and communicate with my clients instantaneously but also to scour the MLS and market for properties. I am an extremely hard worker and an assertive advocate for my clients. When I am not busy working you can find me exploring hiking trails, fishing spots and savoring all the great Alaskan outdoors has to offer!
