Where you buy matters as much as what you buy. As a University of Alabama graduate and longtime Tuscaloosa resident, I combine deep local knowledge with market analysis and skilled negotiation. From historic homes and established neighborhoods to game-day properties, investments, relocation and commercial opportunities, I help clients understand more than today’s asking price by examining property history, neighborhood trends, condition, zoning and the community factors that may influence value over time. Sellers receive the same clear-eyed guidance when preparing, positioning and pricing their properties. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 19 years in communications sales, working with everyone from individuals and small businesses to educational institutions and global automotive companies. That range of clients, products and contract sizes taught me how to listen carefully, explain complex information clearly, negotiate effectively and manage the details of a transaction from beginning to end. My real estate experience has been equally diverse and I bring the same thoughtful, client-focused approach to every sale. My connection to Tuscaloosa extends well beyond real estate. I serve on the Tuscaloosa Historic Preservation Commission, and the boards of ARC of Tuscaloosa County, Shelton State Community College Foundation, the Original City Association and the Tuscaloosa Symphony Guild. I have also been a very active volunteer for the University of Alabama Greek System through my former sorority Tri Delta.
