About Teresa

I’m a real estate agent serving Gardendale and the greater Birmingham area, and I’m passionate about helping hardworking, everyday people become homeowners for the first time. I truly believe buying a home should feel exciting and empowering—not overwhelming—so I dedicate myself to guiding my clients with clear education, honest advice, and steady support every step of the way. Originally from New England, I’ve proudly called Alabama home for the past 13 years, and I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the local communities here. My approach is all about connection, trust, and service—values I’ve strengthened over nearly two decades as a Starbucks partner, where building relationships and serving others are at the heart of what I do. I’m known for my approachable style and genuine passion for helping others succeed. I focus on first-time buyers and local families ready to take that big step. I know buying a home is a major milestone, and I take pride in making sure my clients feel informed, confident, and supported. Through my series Lattes & Listings, I combine my love of coffee and real estate to offer practical tips, local insights, and straightforward guidance to make the process easier. My mission is to break down barriers, show that homeownership is achievable, and help people find a place they’re proud to call home. ☕🏡 From coffee to closings — Helping hardworking people find their way home.
