Originally from Northern California, Sam grew up in a military family and moved frequently throughout her childhood. Her father served in the Navy and her mother in the Air Force, which gave her firsthand experience with relocation and an early appreciation for adaptability, community, and the importance of finding a place that truly feels like home. Sam attended Ole Miss, where she studied Marketing Communications. During college she participated in the Semester at Sea program, spending four months living and studying aboard a cruise ship with more than 400 students while traveling the world. The experience gave her a unique global outlook and a deep appreciation for different cultures and communities. Her love for travel continues today, and she has visited five continents so far with plans to explore even more. While Sam has lived in many places, North Alabama has long been familiar to her. With family in Guntersville, she has spent years visiting the area and has developed a strong connection to the community and lifestyle that make this region special. Before entering real estate, Sam worked in Marketing Communications, developing skills in strategy, communication, and client service that now benefit her buyers and sellers. She understands how important clear guidance and strong communication are throughout the buying and selling process, especially for clients relocating to a new area. Sam is passionate about her family and her faith and is an active member of Rivertree Church in Huntsville. In her free time she enjoys working out, watching football, and planning her next travel adventure.
