About Pat

Pat has lived in Montgomery for over 40 years with her dear husband Joe Watkins. Over the years they have raised their two sons, Joey and Charlie, and have seen the city grow and develop extensively. Pat is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and holds her Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation. Pat, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), is a specialist in relocating families in and out of the area. She has also earned her SRES certification, Senior Real Estate Specialist. Pat is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, past president of the local chapter of CRS, and past president of the Montgomery Service Club. She presently serves as an Ambassador for the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board for Neighbors in Christ. Pat is actively involved in the community. Herself as well as her husband, Joe, are leaders and active members of First Baptist Church in Montgomery. Joe serves as an adult Bible Study teacher, while Pat is a member of the choir. When they take a little time for recreation, Pat and Joe enjoy tennis and golf, respectively, as well as the beach and their “Harley” rides. Pat represents each of her clients in a unique and personal manner, upholding the “Golden Rule” in every way. “Our clients and customers deserve that kind of service.”
