I have been a licensed real estate professional since July 2019 and was born and raised in Alabama. Having lived here my entire life, I have had the opportunity to see our communities, neighborhoods, and real estate market grow and change firsthand. That local perspective, combined with my professional experience across multiple areas of real estate, allows me to provide well-rounded guidance to my clients. My experience includes working with new construction builders, independently in residential real estate, and previously as a property manager. Having worked across multiple sides of the industry gives me a unique perspective on the entire real estate process. My background in new construction has given me an in-depth understanding of the building process, builder contracts, new home communities, construction timelines, inventory, and what buyers should expect when purchasing a newly built home. My experience in general residential real estate has allowed me to work with a wide range of buyers and sellers, while my property management background has given me firsthand insight into the day-to-day realities of owning and managing investment properties. I particularly enjoy working with investors who are looking to build or expand their rental portfolios. My property management experience allows me to help investors look beyond the initial purchase and consider rental potential, property management, long-term goals, and how individual properties can fit into a larger investment strategy. I also regularly work with military families and clients relocating to Alabama. Relocation often comes with tight timelines, unfamiliar neighborhoods, and many moving pieces, and I take pride in being a dependable resource who can help make the transition as smooth as possible.
