I’m Chad Trott, a licensed real estate agent with Wiregrass Home Team, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Wiregrass Area, including Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Houston and Covington Counties and the communities of Enterprise, Ozark, Daleville, Dothan, and surrounding areas. Before entering real estate, I spent 33 years serving the community as a firefighter and paramedic, including 14 years with the Enterprise Fire Department and 18 years with Fort Rucker Fire Department, along with years of volunteer service with Enterprise Rescue. That career taught me the importance of honesty, communication, preparation, and putting people first—qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction. My experience serving Fort Rucker has also given me a unique understanding of the needs of military families relocating to and from the Wiregrass.
