In my 39th year as a Realtor, I still love selling real estate! Nothing beats the feeling of helping first time buyers find the perfect home, helping those same buyers sell their home and buy a a larger home, helping them with downsizing or selling their kids a first home. There are so many different scenarios that involve the sale or purchase of real estate and I have vast experience with just about every situation from estate sales, divorce sales, luxury homes, investment property, land sales, re-subdivision of property, and short sales. With a business degree from the University of Alabama, I majored in real estate and finance. As an Associate Broker with Roberts Brothers, I have extensive knowledge of real estate, but most importantly, I have 39 years of EXPERIENCE. I have found, as have my customers and clients, that nothing beats EXPERIENCE. Of course I do have the numbers to back it up with over $320 million in closed sales.
